Leadership

Shawn Driver

Principal of L5 Construction with over fifteen years’ experience in general construction. As Principal he is responsible for administration, project management, quality assurance and marketing, as well as construction program planning. He has developed a team-approach philosophy to respond to the needs of the client while working closely with architects, engineers, and consultants. His accumulated experience includes construction management, new construction, renovations and tenant finishes.

Lewis Pontikos

Project Manager for L5 Construction with over forty years in the commercial construction industry. He has extensive experience in all construction disciplines including new construction, retrofit and renovations and includes industrial, educational, municipal, military, religious, medical, and retail facilities for both private and public clients. Responsibilities include project management, estimating, scheduling, coordination, cost control and quality assurance on each project.

Mike Gent

Project Manager with over 40 years of construction experience, with extensive focus on retail and restaurant. His background includes preconstruction work with several national brands in over 35 states within the continental United States. Mike has worked with a number of different clients, both public and private, and is responsible for cradle-to-grave project management for L5 Construction.

Pamela Seffel

Administration Manager for L5 Construction with experience in management and financial planning for construction, architectural, and consulting firms. She is responsible for contract administration, compliance, and implementation as well as corporate budgets, funding, and day-to-day money management. In addition she oversees bonding, insurance, accounting, and cost records. She maintains a long established working relationship with professional consultants and is committed to providing a secure, professional, successful corporate entity.
